INTRODUCTION
Projects are fast becoming the de facto mode of operations in the Public Service when it comes to solving organizational issues, or meeting public needs. You may find that you are increasingly tasked to undertake different projects to meet various organizational needs. To undertake a project effectively, you need to have two vital skills – Technical and People skills.
Technical proficiency will allow you to use the appropriate tools and processes to plan and execute your project, while people skills will allow you to harness the unique talents of your team to give the best results. It will also help you manage the impact the project has on your stakeholders.
