And then there’s our trainers… here’s the thing – although they are all qualified trainers, they all started from significant business backgrounds. We deliberately recruit ‘fresh trainers’ yearly to help contribute new perspectives and bring reality to the
training. We now have over 30 in-house and associate trainers based throughout Kenya, and all of our trainers have held management roles.
