ARI200 Finance For Non-Finance Managers

Good financial performance of a company is part of every manager’s agenda irrespective of their areas of specialization. Managers and other decision-makers must have basic understanding of generally accepted Financial Management principles and practices to enable them to contribute positively to the organization’s objectives. This course is designed to provide an understanding of critical financial fundamentals necessary to enable every manager contribute positively towards the organization’s goals.Upon completion of this course, participants will be better able to appreciate how their roles contribute to the organization’s financial performance and, more so, how their roles form an integral part of the overall company performance.
