The overarching goal of this course is to equip participants with an understanding of key tools, techniques, and approaches that are used in procurement. Instructors will foster an understanding of the breadth of the procurement function. This training course will help participants to learn the procurement terms, as well as basic models and techniques used across the procurement cycle. Practically designed, the course utilizes case studies and workshop activities and encourages participants to bring their own experiences to the table. Participants will leave the course with a collection of appropriate templates that can be used in their day-to-day procurement roles. This 5-day course presents a set of industry guidelines aimed at streamlining the supply chain administration function and improving logistical operations. This program will provide an understanding of the logistics concept, components, and activities required to meet the highest degree of satisfaction.

Training Approach
This course will be delivered by our skilled trainers who have vast knowledge and experience as expert professionals in the fields. The course is taught in English and through a mix of theory, practical activities, group discussion and case studies. Course manuals and additional training materials will be provided to the participants upon completion of the training.
Training Venue
The training will be held at our Upskill Training Centre. We also offer training for a group (at a discount of 10% to 50%) at the requested locations all over the world. The course fee covers the course tuition, training materials, two break refreshments, and buffet lunch.
