ISO 15189-2022 Internal Audit Training

Introduction

The Internal audit is the definite most suitable tool the laboratory can practice to ascertain the efficiency of their quality system and its capacity to sustain the production of technically authentic patient’s and physician’s results . For the laboratory to gain confidence in the result obtained, it is necessary to conduct internal audit against the requirements of ISO15189:2022 which specifies criteria for the development and assessment of management systems and laboratory technical controls. It’s also a requirement by ISO15189:2022 that laboratories conduct internal audit at least once annually to maintain accreditation. For this to be successful, laboratories require to have certified ISO15189:2022 internal auditors who will plan and conduct the audit

Our three day lSO15189:2022 Internal Audit training course is designed to equip trainees with effective auditing procedures and upgrade their understanding of audit practices to assess against ISO15189:2022 requirements with the aim of checking continued compliance, determining improvements, professionally report findings and implement corrective action programs.

1. The participant must be conversant with English.
2. Upon completion of training the participant will be issued with an Authorized Training Certificate
3. Course duration is flexible and the contents can be revised to fit any number of days.
4. The course fee comprises facilitation training materials, 2 tea breaks, buffet lunch and a Certificate upon successful completion of Training for onsite trainings.
