While we spend more than half of our communication time on listening, not all of us are naturally good listeners. Fortunately, listening is a skill that can be learnt.
This highly-interactive course will equip you with the techniques to overcome your personal listening roadblocks and become a better listener. You will also undergo a listening assessment which will determine your personal listening
profile.
