Those activities require monitoring and evaluation in a results-based management (RBM) context. Donors, beneficiaries and national agencies should be able to measure the progress of ongoing activities and assess outcomes. This involves collecting and processing data, analysing information, and discussing with stakeholders current status of indicators that cover all areas of monitoring and evaluation: activity completion, goals and objectives achievement, risk, effectiveness and sustainability.
