Introduction

What is the concept of a Balanced Scorecard (BSC)? The Balanced Scorecard is a business structure. It is used for managing and tracking the organization’s strategy. The very term ‘balanced scorecard’ derives from the concept of looking at strategic measures in a very balanced view of performance concerning the financial health of the organization. This course will target in organization performance improvement. It will cover build Balanced Scorecard from scratch using Excel. These includes dashboard, formulate and perspectives. All will be tie together and use it to track organizational performance.
