Safety is not an option but rather should be a culture. If employees are to have a culture of safety; they should be properly trained on safety skills of why and how. Empowering employees to access safety and report events of breach of safety goes along way in prevention of incidences.
The purpose of this training is to eliminate deaths, accidents and ill health that can emanate from the workplace.
