INTRODUCTION
The training course aims to equip participants with an awareness of a variety of tools, techniques and methods which will help them manage contracts more effectively. Participants will examine the contract lifecycle, the responsibilities
of key stakeholders within the lifecycle, and strategies for effective contract management.

The course is particularly relevant for project managers, contract managers, HR managers, solicitors, stakeholders, business executives and/or anyone with the responsibility for contract management.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
By the end of this course, you will be able to:

Have an overview of the process of contract management

Have an in-depth understanding of the specific Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) used in typical government procurement contracts

Identify and apply effectively the various contract management activities that fit under the policies and procedures of Ministry of Finance’s on Procurement in your day-to-day operations

Manage contracts using the tool and tips highlighted under the 4-stages of contract management
